Our Master Brewers then follow our iconic family recipe, the same we’ve used for four generations. Every batch is brewed over three days to achieve a unique character of flavour that can only be achieved by brewing with real ginger. Grown just 180km from Bundaberg, this exotic fruit boasting a raspberry-like tartness is the key to creating our famous Blood Orange Brew. Sun-ripened over autumn and winter, the fruit appears to be a common orange on the outside, but inside reveals a rich, blood red and deep orange flesh.

Australian peaches are the star of this deliciously fragrant Bundaberg Brew.The intensity of flavour is captured through the brewing process, creatinga gentle fuzz on the tongue, reminiscent of eating a fresh, ripe peach.

Our Bundaberg Passionfruit is one of the truest to the fruit you’ll find on the market. It’s like drinking the juice straight from the fruit. Enjoyed for its enticing smell, as much as its delicious taste, our brews smell like the fruit that it’s made from because we use the real thing. We bet you could taste test this flavour blind-folded and still tell what brew it is!

This aptly named brew is crafted over 2 days using delicious Australian grown guavas. Whilst the fruit looks like a small melon on the outside, a bounty of pink flesh full of flavour is revealed inside.

Bundaberg’s Pink Grapefruit is a refreshing brew made from the subtropical citrusfruit renowned for its tangy sweetness. Brewed over 2 days to extract maximum flavour, it’s perfect as a thirst quencher. Pink Grapefruit pleasantly revitalises the senses.

Ask our Master Brewers and they’ll tell you that the key to a delicious Lemon, Lime & Bitters, is the bitters. Our bitters recipe is brewed over 7 days, extracting every drop of flavour from cinnamon quills, clove buds and gentian root. The bitters is then mixed with real lemon and lime juice to deliver this Aussie classic.

Bundaberg Tropical Mango is craft brewed over four days using mangoes grown in the ideal, sun-soaked climate of northern Australia. It took two years for our Master Brewers to ensure the real flavour of one of Australia’s favourite summer fruits has been captured, brewed and bottled to perfection.
